Dr. Kiyohiko Nakazaki of Tokyo Institute of Technology wrote a book review of my book “Food Crisis: Pandemic, Grasshopper, Food Loss” (PHP Shinsho) in the Journal of the Society of Waste Management and Resource Recycling.
“Engineers should read this book.
“There are hints for research.
“A good book that you will find different and interesting parts when you read it again.
I recommend a close reading.

Since April of this year, I have been serving as a book reviewer for the Shinano Mainichi Shimbun in Nagano Prefecture. Today’s book review, dated June 19, is on Mr. Masaki Takahashi’s book “SDGs in Japan: Is it really sustainable? (Ohtsuki Shoten) (I haven’t seen it in the paper yet). I also cited the example of Nagano Prefecture, an environmentally advanced prefecture. I recommend this book to those who are fed up with the #SDGs-washers who only pretend to be doing something formally or wearing a badge.
