The seminar will be held on the morning of Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in celebration of Okara Day. It will be online and free of charge. It was supposed to be held last year in April 2020, but it has been postponed for a year and will be held this April 2021 (hosted by Mr. Isogai, Tofu Project Japan Co. I will be giving a keynote speech on food loss from 10:00 to 11:00 am. There are still a few slots available. I will be giving a keynote speech from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
